Putting together a build feels like going through the puberty of gaming. You ever start a day and you're on something and you think you're going to done pretty quickly maybe for example pretend you're about to go live stream you open up OBS and you're oh this is going to be great I think it's going to be maybe a stream we're GNA just figure out a things in Middle with the build we're just going to be after three four and then we're done it's going to be great we're going to stop the stream we're going to immediately click start recording we're going to record video for everyone on and they're going to like yo that's good I'm so excited let's go that was so easy and it's 9:30 p.m. right now I started streaming at I think 2 it's been a longer day

The build is the puberty of which is this very strange inflection point for a lot of builds that we can say around level 70 80 maybe getting into 90 particularly builds that may be looking for some sort of transition perhaps into low life perhaps into Mana.
The play style here is very Tempo based. It's effectively snapshotting for 2 seconds at time your Arcane cloak and whatever uh Buffs Arch and all that so has this damage up time it's actually very very effective. However when you don't any left of cooldown it feel of uncomfortable and cool down recovery not really a stat that you have access to at very low level.

then we started looking at the kind checkpoints that you're going to hit as you're going to upgrade the build at what point you around level I'm actually just going to six link first thing think you should buy this is first thing most people should buy if you're in trade league and going to writing this guide just for League this build is viable in ssf but probably not as a league starter.

I hope this does look intriguing to you will me this journey there will be challenges will be bumps this isn't going be a zero gear build but it's a build that you give it some tender loving care it'll really fun and excited about it I today to double check is I to standard League I grabbed my Frost B Elementalist and I was like damn that build's fun that build's super fast zipping around just Frost blowing up the entire screen and I when I went back to this guy that it would feel kind bad and it didn't I was very surprised that this build kind of held its own it has its own character it's as Zippy but it actually resolved some of my final that I having about really happy this versus going to frost blank and yeah I'm uh I'm happy with it's at.
