Everybody, it's Rob here. Looks like we got some news that I shared like yesterday that the leaderboards uh was coming out and on February 13th and this was apparently already old news because this podcast that we tweeted about was from a couple days ago but now Rob Ferguson here put out a new tweet saying great seeing the excitement about the godlet and leaderboards we are still on track for season 3 man if if that would have been uh even further delayed but decided to take a bit more time to polish a few things up so it won't be launching on February 13th as mentioned on a recent podcast. So you guys remember like I just made the video that it's coming out here in yeah basically next week and now it's delayed I mean so season 3 is probably um going to last another like two months so probably it's going to release like in the middle of it or something.

🛑 Delayed Release

I feel like the hype is already dying down more and more the longer they wait like what's the point of like releasing leaderboards like at the end of season 3 where people are not even playing anymore like I think a lot of people are just going to play last Epoch that's also going to release here on the what is it 21st I think we'll see if we check that out now like if this is like delayed like uh I mean not indefinitely but it sounds like at least a couple weeks. Maybe they are fixing some snapshots and some bugs of the pets and things like that so that's all good.

📆 Release Date Speculations

But overall I think it's still just an L that the leaderboards didn't come out uh when the season launches because as I said in previous videos I think it's just the most fair for the leaderboards and everything for everybody is like on on the same playing field when the season starts.

✨ Positive Outlook

There's a positive outlook for sure because for season 4 it's going to be here at launch but this is definitely a bit of a bummer. Initially, it looked like they delayed it on purpose but now they are more saying that it's basically just going to take more time they want to do more balancing and stuff so probably safe to assume um they want to polish up things that they're going to look at snapshotting they're going to look at the the broken pet stuff and they're probably going to look at the pl class balance again.

🗣 Community Disappointment

They realize everybody is so good that everybody would just have to Max time rank one immediately. It's hard to stay excited all the time man. I mean I'm pretty positive about the game in general I like playing the game man no matter what. A bunch of people D4 bat and and all those memes that are like in the community okay the game has problems in the end game but I think like core base uh game is looking good. Just delaying the end game further further it just kills the excitement man for so many people.

💭 Thoughts on End Game

I could understand like they delay it and then they just have a a test server or like a public test server or whatever where we can test this new feature to have a more fair playing ground but like just delaying it without not giving a date here I don't know man yesterday I was pretty excited today I'm like man again delays delays.
