The new league of Path of Exile has started, and it's time for new adventures. Chris has once again provided us with new challenges, including the dweller with corrupted blood. In this article, we will be discussing the Cold Blade Vortex build, which is a great choice for fast mapping.

Building the Character 🛡️

As a starting point, I sold my favorite belt to buy a more important item called Bitter Dream, which is a strong and cheap weapon that is great for completing the atlas. With the Bitter Dream and two other key items, I was able to complete all white, yellow, and early red maps. Additionally, I used Grace determination and a tempest shield for defense, and Call to Arms with enduring cry and steel skin for added survivability.

Atlas Progression 🗺️

For my starting Atlas, I opted for nodes for map sustain and some nodes for scarabs. This may not be the most optimal Atlas, but it worked well for me. I earned some currency and improved my build by purchasing a Heat Shiver. With this gear, I was able to complete most red maps and get my first two void stones.

There were comments on my last video that this build is very squishy, but that's not really true.
