Welcome to Ion Arcasia, where we'll take a look at all things Lost Ark coming your way this month. The spotlight is on the mine, with the April update launching on April 17th, featuring the final and most powerful of the six Legion commanders. But there's much more in store for Lost Ark players in April, including events, contests, and raid preparations.
The April update will introduce the mine hard mode and normal mode Legion raids, offering an eight-player challenge. The raid will be the most challenging yet, requiring item levels of 1610 for normal mode and 1630 for hard mode. Rewards earned from clearing the mine will also be usable in the new Transcendent system, unlocking all-new power for gear. Stay tuned for the full patch notes release on April 16th.
On April 3rd, the Theine Prog Quest will be released, setting the stage for the upcoming mine raid. The King of Luta and his order of knights have sworn to protect their kingdom, facing the mysterious events unfolding across Lara. As one of Aria's Heroes, it's up to you to investigate and prepare to face the mine at the end of the month. Quest details to be released soon.
An all-new emote contest will be launched, inviting artistic Arakans to submit entries for permanent global emotes. Additionally, Lost Ark content creators will discuss all things mine raid, strategies, and tips in a special video releasing on April 17th.

The first race will take place on April 20th, challenging players to be the first group in the west to complete the raid in its original hardest mode.
