Top Tier Blood Lance Build

Unique Chest Piece

The unique chest piece in this build fortifies us for 2% of our life every time we cast the bloodlands, spawns a 5% blood orb, and provides a 20% damage multiplier. However, it has some drawbacks in terms of weak stats and defensive aspects.

Fortify: 2% of life
Blood Orb: 5%

Handcrafted Jewelry

Skulls in the jewelry provide resistance. Despite not having resistances in the jewelry, hitting resistance cap is still achievable due to the Paragon and armor benefits.
